On July 17, 2023, the unveiling ceremony of the Social Practice Base of Chu Kochen Honors College of Zhejiang University was held in the Innovation Center of Yangtze River Delta of Zhejiang University. Chu Kochen Honors College Party Committee secretary and executive vice president Ge Jian, Party Committee deputy secretary and Commission for Discipline Inspection secretary Xu Xiaofeng, vice president Lu Xin, vice president Yu Qian, Innovation Center director Fan Xiaohui, deputy director Chen Haixiang, and heads of relevant departments attended the unveiling ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by Yu Chunming, Executive Director of Innovation Center. Ge Jian and Fan Xiaohui jointly unveiled the Social Practice Base of College Students of Chu Kochen Honors College of Zhejiang University.

On July 13, 2023, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between China Jiliang University and Innovation Center of Yangtze River Delta of Zhejiang University, along with the unveiling ceremony of the Joint Postgraduates Cultivation Base of China Jiliang University and Innovation Center of Yangtze River Delta of Zhejiang University were held in Innovation Center of Yangtze River Delta. Vice president Ge Hongliang and heads of relevant departments of China Jiliang University, secretary of the Party Working Committee Lin Weilian, director Fan Xiaohui, all team members and heads of relevant laboratories and departments of Innovation Center attended the ceremony.
