On July 13, 2023, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between China Jiliang University and Innovation Center of Yangtze River Delta of Zhejiang University, along with the unveiling ceremony of the  Joint Postgraduates Cultivation Base of China Jiliang University and Innovation Center of Yangtze River Delta of Zhejiang University  were held in Innovation Center of Yangtze River Delta. Vice president Ge Hongliang and heads of relevant departments of China Jiliang University, secretary of the Party Working Committee Lin Weilian, director Fan Xiaohui, all team members and heads of relevant laboratories and departments of Innovation Center attended the ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by Chen Haixiang, deputy director of the Innovation Center.

Vice president Ge Hongliang and director Fan Xiaohui signed a strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of the two sides and unveiled the Joint Postgraduates Cultivation Base of China Jiliang University and Innovation Center of Yangtze River Delta of Zhejiang University .
