刘宝新,特聘副研究员、聚焦空间结构参数化设计与智能建造中的制造环节,重点突破网壳结构形态生成与构件智能制造的衔接方法。
1) 在结构参数化分析与设计理论方面,提出基于准灵敏度与回归分析的设计方程推定方法,解决了网壳结构稳定性计算复杂度高的问题(显著缩短计算时间,应用于典型网壳结构形态设计),成果发表于《Structures》期刊/ICOCE、CEAC、IASS等国际会议;
2) 在板片网壳结构的智能建造方面,开发了基于RhinoGH的参数化设计与机械臂柔性制造的一体化平台,实现板片网壳结构的形态设计与构件智能制造的全流程融合(授权专利1项,技术应用于良渚5000+艺创园5幢项目)。此外,结合工业机械臂柔性制造,探索了基于构件信息的机械臂数字化驱动,推动空间结构智能建造发展。目前致力于板片网壳结构的力形协同优化设计与构件智能制造技术,旨在攻克板片网壳结构的力学性能与几何形态协同优化,以及形态设计信息与构件制造信息全链条融合的瓶颈。
