张晓燕,特聘副研究员。主要从事复杂系统多智能体建模与仿真、应急场景下的人因与社会行为、城市风险智能体与智能治理等方向研究。发表高水平论文5篇、发明专利1项。长期关注人工智能与公共安全交叉领域,致力于构建面向城市风险感知、评估与决策支持的智能体系统。
