Requirements:

Applicants should be scholars with outstanding achievements and extensive academic recognition by international peers, academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences or the Chinese Academy of Engineering, academicians of the Academy of Sciences or the Academy of Engineering of developed countries, and other international top scholars.
