Requirements:

Applicants should have achieved significant original research contributions in the respective field, with the ability to play a decisive role in the overall strategic planning, research layout, and future direction of the laboratory. They are expected to be key figures determining the laboratory's academic standing domestically and internationally in the field. Preferred candidates are those selected for national talent projects or equivalent-level leading scholars from around the world.
