On 25 July 2023, the Innovation Center of Yangtze River Delta, Zhejiang University registered a wholly-owned shareholding platform, Smart Oasis (Jiashan) Science and Innovation Holding Co., LTD. This company provides services of shareholding, science and technology intermediary, intellectual property rights management, information consulting and industrial park management. The purpose of establishing this platform is to enable the Center to hold the share of sci-tech enterprises with intellectual properties, to operate industrial parks, to transform the innovative achievements and incubate sci-tech start-ups.
