On February 21, 2023, the article “Globalisation, economic uncertainty and labour market regulations: Implications for the COVID-19 crisis” published by Prof. Jianchun Fang, deputy director of the Future Regional Development Laboratory (Green Development Research Center) received a certificate from Wiley, a top three publishers in the world. This certificate is a strong endorsement and proof for quality of academic achievements since it is one of the ultimate accolades for citations.

The article investigates the effects of globalization and economic uncertainty on labor market regulations during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research findings provide theoretical and empirical basis for formulation of labor market policies and promotion of labor market flexibility, especially for implementation of several policies like flexible labor market.

After being cited by International Atomic Energy Agency, Prof. Jianchun Fang obtained the certificate from Wiley for the global top cited paper, which is the new breakthrough in publication of papers for the Future Regional Development Laboratory. This has laid a foundation for the laboratory on application of theoretical achievements in the future.
