Yu Hongliang，male, born in December 1966, holds a postgraduate degree, serves as a master's supervisor, registered first-class construction engineer, registered supervising engineer, and Ministry of Transport supervising engineer. Currently, he is a teacher at the Institute of Civil Engineering Management, Department of Civil Engineering, Zhejiang University. He is also a member of the BIM Professional Committee of the Engineering Management Research Association of the Architectural Society of China and a technology review expert in Zhejiang Province. He has held various positions in the past, including being an expert at the Iran Tabas Mining Area Project Department dispatched by the Ministry of Coal (1992.04~1993.04), visiting associate researcher at the Department of Real Estate and Construction at the University of Hong Kong (2006.02~2006.10), and deputy director (on secondment) of the Housing and Urban-Rural Planning and Construction Bureau of Jiashan County (2015.08~2016.08). Engaged in long-term teaching, research, and practical work in engineering project management and engineering supervision, he has received one second-class provincial science and technology progress award and one outstanding award for his research achievements. He has published over 30 academic papers, and two of his teaching cases have been included in the database of the China Professional Degree Teaching Case Center.
